My Instagram isn't letting me like, comment, OR follow people from my phone/iPod. Help?!?

This has been going on since the past 24 hours. It's really frustrating me.
Help please.
It likes for a second then automatically unlikes it, same with following and commenting.
Help would be appreciated.

That means you aren't connected to the internet. If that's not the case, make sure you have quit all applications.

Double click the main button on your IPod until a bunch of windows come up.

If you have the new updated version, then slide each window up, meaning you're closing the app.

If you have the old version, hold down the application until it starts shking and X it out, this closes the app.

Its Possible That you May Be Blocked From Like Comment and Follow People That May Be Why its Not Letting you Usually it Clears up In 24 hours But Since its Been Longer than That Please Contact Instagram and Let them Know Whats Going on
