How do I delete a local business facebook page?

Someone created a fake Facebook page for my business and I want to take it off the internet or at least be able to access it. Can you please tell me how to do that?
The problem is that our business already had a facebook page and I don't want two FB pages, especially because the page in question has incorrect information. I can prove that I should have access to this account.

you should contact the page creator and have them delete it. if that doesn't work, contact facebook and inform them that someone is erroneously impersonating your business. they will request proof.
