How do I send a mass email to people I don't know.?

So I recently didi a search on my name on face book and there are hundreds of people who have the same name as me.I'm trying to start a group for everyone who has the same name as me.inorder to get members I need to message them individully and that takes a lotta time.because there isn't a link that offers to send a invite to people u don't know..so.question is is there a way to do this or a way to find a list of email addresses to people with the name joey altieri.???? How do spamers do it?

spammers dont so it on facebook, because it's against the rules and will result in your account getting suspended for spamming

besides, messages you send to people who arent your friends usually doesnt even get to them because it's put into their "other messages" folder to prevent people from doing the exact thing you are wanting to do
