Instagram on s4 not working?

Instagram on s4 not working?
Every time I try to post a picture on instagram it posts either a blank solid color or an image with lines. Anyone know what's going on?

You have to go to "Advanced Features" in the Instagram settings and turn off "Use High-Quality Image Processing"
