Facebook and paying to send message to random person?
If I paid to send a message to a 'random person' on Facebook (to ensure my message arrived in inbox as opposed to 'others' folder), would the receiver be notified that I had to pay to send the message?

No, the receiver will not be notified that you paid to send the message.
