How do I stop getting Facebook notifications from NFL.com? PLEASE HELP?
I commented on a video on NFL.com and now I get a notification every time someone comments on it (which is every 5 minutes!!). I went to the video and couldn't find a thing that says "stop following".

PLEASE HELP
