I don't you can really. There's loads of groups saying you can but I think it will always be blue and white until facebook decide to change it.

Contrary to popular belief, you CAN change your Facebook layout. It's called PageRage.

It IS free, it IS safe. No viruses or trojans in it, and it's completely legit. However, there are 3 downsides to it:

1. Only other people with PageRage installed can see your layout - people without it see a normal Facebook profile with no changes.
