Why do somali guys do this on Facebook?

They add you, and if you accept it they Facebook stalk you and like every single picture of you & they comment "looking cute macanto (sweetie), wanna tap that" and are just plain creepy. And message you all the time saying "what's up sexy". Seriously. It's sooo creepy. Why do Somali dudes (esp. the fob ones) do this on facebook?
@zhr: I am Somali, lol. And they do this whole creeper thing more with Somali girls cause they think they'll have more of a chance with them than with a white girl, for example, when that is not the case.
