Is there a way that I can use google chrome's "inspect element" to change my facebook background permanently?
Facebook's layout looks retarded, is there a way that I can use the inspect element feature to put a picture up in the background or even just change the colors? thanks.

Not with that method, but you CAN change your Facebook layout. It's called PageRage, and it doesn't have any viruses, but it does contain a lot of advertisements and some have said it makes their computer run very slow.

Also, only other people who have PageRage installed can see the changes - people who don't have it only see a normal layout.
