Does anyone have an email address for Facebook customer service?

I am having some serious problems with Facebook and have no way to contact them. I've looked all through the help questions and found nothing. If someone could help me out, I would really appreciate it. It's really important. Thank you, Linda
*** There is no such option for contact us or support on either Facebook.com or my homepage. I realize that's an option with Zynga but not with Facebook. Has anyone been able to contact Facebook and if so, how?
