I made an acct on my sisters phone and it works but it wont let me sign in using my phone Sad

No, I made my instagram account on my friend's phone but I use mine on my own phone at home. Maybe you forgot to log out of your sister's instagram? I don't think there should be a problem. Maybe you got the account info wrong.
