Facebook profile views?

My friend told me she has this thing that lets her check who visited her profile on facebook.
I really want to know how to do that, can anyone tell me how?
And did this work for anyone else?

There are no features on Facebook that track who views your profile. There are several applications (such as Trakzor) which claim to track views, but only do so in a very limited way. For example, Trakzor only compiles information about wall posts and comments and will only do so if the person posting has also applied the application.

In short, either your friend is lying or is a programming genius who has manipulated Facebook in order to do that.

I'm 99% sure there's no way to track who visits your profile on Facebook or MySpace. They keep it very secure. I was on MySpace for years and there were always "rumors" that somebody developed an app to track visits - but the rumors were always lies.
Believe me - if anyone ever "did" create such an app word would spread FAST and we'd all know about it. But then FB would block it just as fast.
