Why cant i post long replies on instagram?

Instagram suddenly stopped letting me write long replies? everyone else can post long replies to me but when i try to type long ones back they dont post? it says its posted then when i refresh its disappeared, this is happening on both of my accounts and its strange if i write more than a few words in a reply it just wont post, but it works if i post like 10 words or less and i can write as much as i want if its not a comment reply is anyone else having this problem?
