My cousin can't mind her own business.?

Basically, long story short, she's extremely nosy. Asks me questions about my life at home and hundreds of follow up questions are always asked. She adds my friends on Facebook, people that are complete strangers to her. But she adds them anyway, I don't really know or understand why. She also drags her younger sister into adding these people. My friends message me saying things like "Uh, I think your cousin tried adding me? Haha." it's honestly really humiliating. Whenever I confront her about situations like these she tells all of her friends, instead of keeping it between us. And she doesn't even tell them the truth, she makes me look like the bad guy. I really don't know what to do anymore, I've tried talking to her about it but she sees nothing wrong about what she's doing. What should I do?
I realize that to some of you, this might not seem like that big of a deal, but she's ALWAYS been like this, and she only does this to me, She doesn't do it to her friends or any other family member. The things she says and does get really old really fast. Any kind of advice is beyond appreciated.

Delete her of Facebook. I went through the same thing with my mom. She was too nosey. Something had to give and I deleted her. You are entitled to your own privacy. If she can't respect that then that's her problem but you shouldn't tolerate that. don't put yourself in that situation.
