How do I ENABLE facebook's Timeline?

Ok, so I just signed up for facebook about a week ago, and one feature that I actually really like is Timeline. My current facebook is defaulting to the classic "Profile" view, and every time I go to the "introducing timeline" page on facebook (where most people say there is a "get it now" button), I cannot see the button.

Is anyone aware of facebook preventing new users from getting timeline? I realize I am in the minority of people asking how to activate timeline, so any help is appreciated.
Ok perhaps I wasn't clear, I have gone to the "About Timeline" page and I know where the "Get Timeline" button should be, but it is not there. I am wanting to know if Facebook is preventing me as a new user from officially getting timeline.
