Girlfriend gonna break up with me?

So lately ive been feeling that my girlfriend is gonna break up with me. and i really dont want that to happen cause lile ya'll wouldnt understand but shes been with me throught everything and shes perfect. but now i feel like shes tired of me or something. she used to reply with like 50727293 hearts. now she usually does one. and when shes on twitter shes always tweeting about stuff that seems to relate to us. maybe just crazy or something. but ive tried talking to her and she says she still like me but i feel like shes just saying that so when i fully recover from the brain surgery i just had and she sees me happy she can leave. am i going about it the wrong way? what should i do or ask to make things better? cause i wpuld give my life for this girl. and i dont want to lose her. shes my best friend and girlfriend and shes just amazing.

i understand you love her but if youre having this gut feeling its for a reason and youre probably right about it. its cute that you say all these things cute things that you would do for her but have you ever stop to think if she would do the same for you? stop thinking about what you want and think about what you deserve. you deserve someone thats going to do the same for you

honestly, you need to sit down and seriously have a talk, telll her to be honest with you, because otherwise, she will just be hurting you, and if she is as sweet as you say, she probably wouldnt want to do that.

Awwieeh this was sooo touching !!! And oh my gosh please feel better from your surgery u are in my prayers .! Okai Dont let everything revolve around her. Meaning because u Said that you'll give ur life for her. Okai ( I'm not meaning to sound harsh or come of on the wrong foot ) but you guys aren't married (" yet " <--- God Willing ) i understand she has been with u for everything that u had went through. But she was being supportive. Don't make her your WORLD. & on twitter, was she wringing things bad or like messed up statues?? Anything disrespectful?? Because if she did that's a sign of "no".
