How to make a facebook group page?

My friend and i want to make a Facebook group page does anyone have any tips on how to do it

Your question is slightly confusing, you ask for uploading in a group but you said fan photos. So I'll explain both:

Group:
1. Go to the photos tab and click add group photos
2. Go to the photo box and click see all and at the top you'll see add photos. click that

Fan:
On the fan page, you just post on the wall and the photo will be uploaded into fan photos. To do that, there should be a photo button under where you post text to the wall. It should ask you to upload a photo then.
