Creating an Anti- BLANK Facebook page... legal?

Is it legal to create an Anti-Scott Facebook page and have a picture of him, from his Facebook page, as the default picture? Assuming the page has nothing slanderous, disparaging, threatening, insulting, etc. Just a picture of him with a slash through it, a title saying Anti-Scott page? (similiar to the ones that say Anti-Obama, Anti-Bush.. etc)

Visit facebook.com from your computer. Enter your username and password, then click "Log In."
