How do I get rid of a demon whose attached to me?
I've only had him for less than a week and I'm sick and tired of him. It's my fault, I used a Ouija board and failed to close it properly. It's a long story. But now I have an alleged demon who follows me around and makes my life miserable. Well not miserable, but very uncomfortable. I'm sure he's watching me type this right now..
I've done a cleansing, I've blessed myself with holy water, I blessed my room with holy water, I prayed for all my guardians to protect me, I'm wearing an amulet with Mary on it, but the demon won't leave. And he's haunting me and only me-- no one else in the house has felt any presence or experienced anything paranormal. This leads me to believe that he's attached to me and only me, and I'm afraid he might be inside me.
He makes me feel physically exhausted, ill, gives me headaches, makes me twitch-- I'm worried he's trying to possess me. I'm able to channel him through automatic writing or whatever, so I know for a fact that he's here.
Sometimes he leaves me alone, usually during the day, and becomes a nightmare at night time. He pushes my limbs around, knocks on the walls, makes me so hot that I start sweating, gives me horrible nightmares, and all around I can't get a good night sleep because I know he's there.
Sometimes he can make objects move on their own, but he hardly does it. He'll only do it in front of me. If I try to give solid proof to my mom he won't do it. I don't know if he can really. Or he wants me to seem insane in front of my mom.
Speaking of which, I've told my mom and she believes I'm having psychological issues. But I'm not, and I won't listen otherwise, because I know he's there. I'm not moving the pen, I'm not scratching myself, I'm not making any of this up. I asked Fred (the demon) if he was the one who scratched me through automatic writing and he said yes.
So now I don't know what to do, and my entire family thinks I'm a nutcase. Do I just live with Fred? He told me he wants to spend an eternity with me because he's angry, so I don't think he intends to leave on his own free will.. I've tried apologizing but he won't forgive me.
This is really interrupting my school and social and family life, it's really interrupting my entire life. I haven't been able to focus on anything, and once I get my mind off of it, he moves something in the room to remind me that he's there.
I can't doubt myself because that's when I really start going insane. There is no doubt there is a presence here, it doesn't feel particularly evil but it's making a huge ruckus.
I'm 16.
Please, I need advice.

A drunk staggers into a Catholic Church, enters a confessional booth, sits down, but says nothing. The Priest coughs a few times to get his attention, but the drunk continues to sit there. Finally, the Priest pounds three times on the wall. The drunk mumbles, "Ain't no use knockin'! There's no paper on this side either!"

You're suffering demonic oppression because you were involved in occult activity.

God forbids all forms of occultism because they are dangerous. If we get into occult practices, we would be subjecting ourselves to demonic oppression and bringing curses upon ourselves.

Deuteronomy 18:9-12 ESV
“When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominable practices of those nations. There shall not be found among you anyone who burns his son or his daughter as an offering, anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens, or a sorcerer or a charmer or a medium or a necromancer or one who inquires of the dead, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord. And because of these abominations the Lord your God is driving them out before you.

Galatians 5:20-21
Idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

Revelation 22:15 ESV
Outside are the dogs and sorcerers and the sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and everyone who loves and practices falsehood.

You must immediately repent of these practices and get rid of all occult items by burning them.

If you make Jesus Christ your Lord and Saviour, He will give you authority over Satan and all his demons. You will also be saved from eternal torment and inherit the kingdom of God. Do this now:

"Dear Jesus,

I am a sinner.
I repent of my sins.
Please forgive me and save me by your shed blood;
come into my heart.
I want to receive you as my own personal Lord and savior.

Amen"

Now that Jesus has given you the authority over all evil spirits, say:

"Satan and all unclean spirits I bind you and rebuke you in the mighty name of my Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you Lord Jesus for driving the devil and his demons out of my life and for keeping them away from me forever!"

Here's a powerful repentance and deliverance prayer you can say:
