do I need a special stamp to send things to germany?

I live in California and had an instagram give away and I need to ship the reward to somebody in Germany and I'm not sure if I van send it with an american stamp or not what special things do I need to send it.

You use American stamps.

You need a "Global Forever" stamp. You can get one at your local post office.

You could also put 3 regular "forever" stamps on it and that would work too.

No special stamp is required but you should bring it to the post office so they can weigh it.

plus why are mailing to germany?
if true you will need more the stamp
you will need customs forms,
