Instagram: Can't access friend's account?

First off, my friend DIDN'T block me. She let me check on her phone and it didn't say that she blocked me. I can't search for her profile, but if I go into my photos that I tagged her in I can see her profile. It doesn't let me see her photos, but it shows her number of photos, followers and the number of people she's following. When I click follow it says following for a second and then goes back to follow. Even when I go onto my computer on the Instagram site it doesn't let me see her profile. I made a new account and before I followed her it only loaded like 10 of her 3000 photos, but once I followed her it kicked me off her page. She isn't banned or whatever, she can still post photos. She did NOT block me. How can she or myself fix this?
SHE. DIDN'T. BLOCK. ME. Jeez man, I said it TWICE. How more clear do I have to be on that?

Also, when she goes to my profile it looks the same as her's does to me. Number of photos, Number of Followers, Number of people I'm following, Can't see any of my photos, when she clicks on Follow it doesn't work.
