or more simply, push the power button on your computer

You can delete your Facebook account permanently, which will remove your profile from Facebook. Please copy and paste the link below into your browser which will take you to the help pages on Facebook and tell you how to do this!

Go to your profile settings and down the page, there will be an option, saying 'Remove your account'. This will take up to few days to remove the account from the facebook.
