My video was reported for no reason and facebook put it back on my profile, but now I can't post videos?

So my video was reported by three of my cousins because they felt out with me and it was a video of my pics with them while we were on holiday it was a slide show with music in the background
It was removed and facebook said I can make an appeal
I did
My video is back on my wall BUT now I cant poslt videos anymore.... why? What do I do?

The only way I knew it was back when one of my cousins told me "Ah I see you've got your video back" we're friends now but at the time we weren't (when they reported it) but they dont know that I know they reported it and I know because its a coincidence that one of them told me its back up like I didnt even know and its my video
and it was back up not just posted.... it was back when it had been posted originally but without likes and comments

why on earth cant i post videos anymore?! how do i post videos now?
