Any idea how to get rid from social media?

i now in high-school. My parents say i have to get rid from social media and focus on my lessons. But this month i have tried to get rid, but it failed. Any idea, so i could focus on my lessons

my mother told me the same. i couldnt do it and i felt bad because i was hiding it from her. so one i set down a delete all my socail media including facebook. which was very hard for me to do. but my grades went back to all a's.

may 10, 2013 - graduated college with a asscoaites degree before i got a high school dimpola
may 17,2013- graduted high school
august 2013- starting working on my bachelors.

they are doing this for a great reason if i was you i would give it a try. i dont think i would be where im at if i didnt listen to my mom. now i dont even think about socail media. yahoo answers helps me give adivce to people because im becomming a counsuler.

Hi yes they have a valued point here this social media does seem to ruin lives as bullying in the work place has become eradicated as it has resulted in some getting the sack.it's like those who just need to ridicule others to make them selves feel good just can't live without putting some one down.
