Yahoo has the worst customer support of any website!!! I want to simply no why this and supposedly improved email, is just like every other upgrade they have done lately like the my yahoo, sports scores, fantasy games, etc. Over half the time I try to load my inbox the page locks up. The amount of spam has is now ten fold worth. I am getting dozens of Viagra, Canadian Pharmacy, and messages from some sex site using the name Adrianna. I have reported all as Spam yet Yahoo still cant figure these out. When are they going to get on the ball? When all of us delete our accounts and leave. And last why does this annoying grammar check keep popping and making pissed off. I know I made a type, I backspaced and fixed it you stupid yahoo eraser on the right of my screen! Get lost! And it cost me points to get customer service! give me a break

This is a user forum moderated by users just like yourself, Yahoo Customer Care doesn't monitor this forum. Here's some way to contact Yahoo Customer Care.

I'm running the new full version of Yahoo mail on an 8 year old laptop running Windows XP SP 3 with 2 gig of memory. The tips in the article above were most helpful. I installed the latest versions of Java and Adobe Flash Player and installed the latest version of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari for Windows to see which on works best on my laptop. It runs almost as fast as Yahoo Classic and I've had no issues yet.

The wonderful thing about Spam is that it changes all the time in order to get around the spam filters put in place to stop it. You must continue to mark each spam as spam so your spam filter will improve over time. You can do this by right-clicking on the spam email and then left-clicking on the option "This is Spam". Here's some articles on how to fight the good fight against spam.
