How many Man Law posts per week would be good?

I'm getting ready to launch a Guide To Manliness page of Facebook soon and was curious as to how many guidelines should be posted per week. I was thinking 2 at the most, but what would you feel comfortable with?

Two is a great choice but make sure that you don't post it too often sometimes give it a break in that way people won't get bored with it.
