How would a libel Class action Suit affect the Defendant?
This guy posted a picture of my genital area not including my face on facebook but he clearly put my name under the caption... He also said that I sent it to another party in which I never did and the other Party has messaged me saying that I never seen or received any nude pictures of you. I showed all this to the Police and the Issued a Class E Felony warrant for his arrest today!!! I'm not finished with this.... I want to file a Libel Class action Suit against the Guy... I just wanted to know what are all the possible outcomes of this if I have hard evidence and a witness that seen and sent me screen shots from his page????

Obviously, you have taken a nude photo of yourself, or allowed someone to take it, thus it is out there. Once something goes to someone, it is out there FOREVER.

All you need is someone who got that photo, to send it someone else, who then forwards to someone else, etc, etc, etc. Get the picture?

If you don't want something to be seen, then you never allow it in the 1st place. This is not what you to hear.

First of all, stuff on Facebook is counted as speech, not print, so you would sue for slander rather than libel. Second, unless you can find other people this guy has lied about that haven't already sued him over what he said, then you have to sue him as an individual and not as part of a class.
