problems with twitter. can I do anything?
Right so there's this pathetic 10 year old girl on twitter she is an absolute bi*ch she bullies my sister and then shes friends with her and now shes started getting abusive to me over twitter. I am 16, she is 10, she shouldn't even have twitter, the only reason she is getting abusive is because I will not accept her follower request. She got my friend in deep sh*t over twitter because she is a compulsive lier and wants attention all the time. Is there anyway I can get her off twitter as she is underage? Thanks.

This (If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent)
could be interpreted as Twitter requiring parental consent under 13. However, this (If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.) could be interpreted as 13 being the age requirement.

Maybe inform twitter of your circumstances?

You should report and block her. You don't have to see any of the **** she's saying. If you report her, she won't be able to use her twitter user at all. To report a tweet go to the "more" button click "report" and the rest is easy.

Write to the admin to see if she can be blocked from interacting with you in any way. Also I recommend if you contact her parents - she has started to use social media as bullying device since such a young age - it should be stopped!
If you need any help you can read our blog post on the issue (in source) and ask as many questions you like Smile))
