¿Charge companies to promote their brand on Facebook?

Do you think could be profitabe give to small business (on the most) a service based on promote their services, products, promotions, their brand itself via facebook fanpages,groups,ads campaigns, facebook chat,events etc etc?
I know most be a lot of business owners that doesn't have idea of social networks potential in order to become their brands more succesful , and even the time and knowledge to do the job.
I dont know, just was wondering a plan to make some extra money. what do you think?

There are definitely people who call themselves Professional Social Marketers. I would be careful about building an entire business based solely on one traffic source, more than one social service have changed their rules and architecture to deal being overrun by spamming marketers. In facebook's case they may cutback on free exploitation to steer advertisers toward their expanding paid advertising service, which offers some unique demographics capabilities to ppc marketers.
