Ok. On my Facebook, there's this person that Facebook asked: "do you know @$& $_$&$&" and there's this disgusting porno picture on their profile and I want them to go away. Anyone?

There is the another option is also shown in th top right corner of that image (X) means close this person and it never show again to you if again show you then you can report against him/her through facebook policy. And definitely it never show you again.
