What is another name for a web and graphic designer?

My boss is allowing me to choose a new title for myself. Currently I am in charge of designing and maintaining the business website, along with designing graphics for posters, flyers, etc. As well as developing some video presentations and taking over their social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.

I even handle marketing from Adwords, Yext, Facebook Ads.

I am the only one doing this so I don't have control over other designers as an Art Director would, just curious what other titles might accompany the above criteria?

I agree with Jeffie. Internet Marketing Executive, Internet Marketing Manager, or some variation thereof since it seems like you do a bit of everything.
