I'm not sure I understand your question so I put three interpretations of what you said:

To post a link to MySpace from Facebook use this app:

http://www.facebook.com/apps/application...3156&ref=s

To post a link to your Facebook from MySpace just use

<a href="LINK TO YOUR FACEBOOK PROFILE">FACEBOOK TEXT</a>

If you want to take a link that is on your MySpace Profile and put it on your Facebook profile I think the best you can do is copy and paste. Unless there is an application that handles a list of links.

yes there is. there's a myspace link application.

Yes if you go to the bottom on your profile there a link that says
"create profile badge" you can use this to create banner for your profile and link it on your myspace profile.
Note: the Javascript badge will not work on myspace.
