Facebook account disabled. need help.?

Someone i know had created a Facebook account using my name to mess with people and reported my account for identity fraud and got my account deleted. after trying to regain my account i had recived no help from Facebook so i created a new account which also got deleted the next day... is there any easy way to get back any of these accounts?

Easy way.. no

open a new account and don't use an email account you have ever used before... Don't use any identifiable things which could show that it is you again - email, phone blah blah

Make a new account with a new email id and after 2 months report the fake one.

To stay safe on facebook:

>Dont change your profile picture alot like once in 3 months is ok otherwise people can easily get you deleted.
>Click on the "account" place>click on account settings>click on account security and check the secure browsing and check the login approvals.
>Dont keep anything except sex and profile picture available to everyone and keep your friends list,email id & phone # visible to "only YOU"
>Dont change youe email id at all unless its a emergency.
>Join the group "Guardian Angels" (its not my group but if your in the group then nothing can happen to you on facebook)
