How do i report FRAUD on a Facebook Sale, which i BOUGHT!?
Okay so i bought something from this Facebook Ad i saw, this was at the end of Dec. It ended up the courier screwing up and going all wrong. The seller did keep in touch with me throughout the whole thing so i didnt think anything fishy was going on since i had his card details, his phone number, and he was still talkin to me on facebook. But then it was only yesterday his Facebook page had disappeared! it was took down! His username was James Del-boy Richo, (look it up on facbeook and u'll see wot it says for yourselfs). So now i'm going out of my mind. I called action fraud yesterday, and they gave them all the info i know. The disappointing thing they said though was, "It is not possible for the police to investigate every report they receive and you will only hear from them now if they are able to progress the investigation further", so they might not even be able to review my case, wot the hell??

How would u be able to report this to Facebook, can u?
Is there someone else i could report it to? Or somewhere? (freephone preferably, or a online advisor)

Who in their right mind buys from a page on Facebook as you have ZERO protection.

You have lost your money, hope you have learnt a lesson from it.

"del boy" - the clue's in the name.

facebook is not a sales website, and so does not have any protection for people that buy things off other people on the site - it's the equivalent of buying something off a stranger in the pub.

you're wasting your time looking for "justice", just contact your bank about the payment (or file a dispute if you paid by paypal) to try and get your money back, then stick to trusted sales platforms like amazon etc.
