Why won't Instagram let me follow anybody?

Why won't Instagram let me follow anybody?
I've tried logging out 100 times and when I log back in it still won't let me follow
anybody. I'm only following 6 people and that's because I got on safari on Instagram. Please help!!

Sometimes the Instagram websites don't work as properly as the actual app. Maybe you should going on another Instagram website such as webstagram.com or just download the app on your apple device.
