how to delete or deactivate my facebook account?

I CANNOT NO LONGER GET IN MY FACEBOOK ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF THE TIGHT SERCURTY. HOW WOULD I GET IT DELETED OR DEACTIVATED, IS THERE A EMAIL THAT I CAN SEND TO ASK FACEBOOK TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT

go to settings, then security settings and then privacy and then you can deactivate it, or request to delete it but you have to be off from it for at least 3 weeks i think

Go to the little arrow in the top right corner then press account settings then go to security on the left side where there are options and on the bottom of that you can select deactivate my account

You have to be logged on to your Facebook to be able to deactivate it... -_-
