How do you delete friends on Facebook?

A while ago I accepted friend requests from people at my school, purely because they were from my school. But recently I have decided that I don't know them very well, and therefore don't want them viewing everything I put on my Facebook page. However, I have failed to discovered the "delete friend" button. Can anyone tell me where it is and how to get to it?

If you visit the persons profile along the left there is an option to remove as friend. There used to be a way to remove a bunch of people at once but they changed it and I haven't figured it out yet.

bottom of the page you want to delete as friends.

not the way bottom, but under all of their info

you can block them, and you can disable them as friends

Go to Friends list then check the box by their name and delete

go to your friends list and you should see an X next to there name/account and click it also you can go to their page and scroll all the way down and you should see remove connection and click that =)

go to their profile page,its under "Friends" section.It's on your left.Hope this helps.

go to that friends profile and look under it's picture it will have some options one will be delete friend it might not be right under the picture but it's under it
