pros and cons of being a social worker in the uk ?
i am thinking of becoming a social worker but and adoptive one,
some people say that being a social worker is a hard job and many people are put off by it, i don't see being put off by a job something that would make me not want to choose a certain career path as many jobs have negatives to them, i just wondered if there are any social workers who could give tips on the career and if they have faced any negatives with the job, what are your pros and cons of the job and how did you get to be a social worker, whats the pay like? i live in the UK Ads |

You are not going to find them on here. They are too busy taking children away from their parents. SWs have a very bad press. They go overboard and make peoples lives a misery. Several articles recently in the media.
There is no such thing as an adoptive one. They are all trained the same way and apply for jobs in different areas such as Adoption. UK Ads |
