Good apps for the i-touch?

I'm getting an i-touch and I want to know what are some good apps. please separate the free from the not free. And don't include facebook, youtube, safari, anything that it already comes with. And also, I don't want to pay any monthly fees for it. Can you use internet with wifi? like at your house or at starbucks? can u use it in other people houses? Where cant you use it without a monthly fee?

First, there is NO monthly fee and no additional fee at all. You can only use Wi-Fi. Yes, you can connect to pre-existing wireless networks at home, a friend's house, a coffee shop - wherever one is available. You pay nothing.

Facebook doesn't come pre-installed.
