How to make someone remove your name from a public Facebook page?

For many years already, my name appears, without my permission, on a public Facebook page.
The post reveals some private information about me.
I have asked the person to remove it, but my request was ignored.
And Facebook does not seem to have a complaint mechanism suitable to this particular case?

Any suggestions?
I should take this to court, right?

I don't think you can except hope reporting it for abuse.

There have been many cases where people make pages to discredit or lob abusive remarks towards certain people, and those people have failed to take them down.

Zuckerberg, FB's founder, is a fanatical believer in the whole "Everything known by everyone, everywhere" ideal.
