If someone posts to a group on Facebook or pictures someone has tagged of you, is that considered private?
My ex, who has totally alienated me from my children in a last big hurrah of mental abuse, posted a "poor me" letter to a group on Facebook, compleat with details about how her current partner is drunk, hi on drugs, abusive, and suicidal,I also came across a picture of her drinking with a bunch of under age people ( or they appeared to be under aged?) like any sort of father I'm very concerned and reported it all to the child authorities, who gave me a fairly non concerned tip off. So I copied and posted all the stuff onto my page, in an effort to raise some concern, after all who would want there children being raised not knowing that really isn't proper behaviour? ( and please don't think I have any hold to the tittle of morality king of the decade, ) but I work, try to keep my responsibilities looked after and try to be decent to everyone I come into contact with, I really don't think boys under 10 or any age should be exposed to drugs, excessive alcohol death threats ect. Ect, I was quite disappointed with the response of the authorities in this matter and won't let it rest, ( but that is another story) my question is tonight I get a message on my Facebook from my exs friend to please remove the letter she wrote and the unflattering photo.. She claims they are private? Are they? I personally never wrote them , or took the photo, I was looking for any pictures I could find of my children? Am I breaking any laws by keeping them on my page? I know it's in questionable taste for my children to read and see that sort of thing but wouldn't a parent think about that before putting themselves into that position?

Thank you for your views on this matter
So I shouldn't worry about legal repercussions ??
