Question about promoting my online store?

I have 2 eBay stores. I use google adwords and facebook ads to market my products. I would like to find a company such as clickbank to market my stores using affiliate marketing although clickbank from my understanding only advertises eproducts. Are there companies out there that do this? Please only answer if you have effectively used this approach to market your own products.
The eBay affiliate program in my understanding is only if I have a separate website that drives traffic to my eBay store.

I agree with David,shareasale.com is good for physical products. But doesn't Ebay have an affiliate program themselves?
Commission junction is good too.
