I had similar problem.
You are maybe loged on Facebook from other computor, tablet or phone so you can not log in again.
Check all your gadgets and try to disconect yourself from one of them, than try again.

Hello, Abhayendra. You can get back your access by providing registered mobile number or through your email address. If you opt Mobile phone, then enter the code that you will get to your registered mobile number.

If you login to Facebook from other devices like through smartphone (via browser) this might happen.

Go to the facebook help center and asked to them why your facebook account is temporary locked?

your account gets locked when you break the rules, like creating more than one account, or lying about your name or age, or adding people you dont know in real life

stop breaking the rules and you wont have this problem
