Is there a way to search for someone on Facebook by a mutually liked page?
I've been trying to look for this person I met, but I never got their last name. However, because of the way we met, I know that they have liked a specific page on Facebook that I have liked. Of course, pages don't let you see who have liked them besides your friends so that's not very helpful.

No, sorry. You could try looking through the wall posts to see if the first name and picture seems familiar. Or, sometimes I will type in the search bar the first name (I usually only do this if I think there are mutual friends, that makes it so they show up more).
