OMG!! I had the same dream! It was of this boy that i found kind of cute and bold, but i've never met him or have any memory of meeting him. Although as I was scrolling on twitter and fell upon one of google facts: You can't dream of someone you've never seen before.

So, to answer your question, Yes, you can dream of people you've never met, but you can't dream of someone you've never seen before, so you must've seen this girl somewhere but never met her

I don't want to freak you out, but what you know about dreams, are all wrong. My Uncle works for the Government and knows TOP SECRET knowledge about the mysteries of life. I cannot talk about that, but I will say that dreams/psychedelics is a world between life & death. Right when you heavy REM sleep, your "pineal gland" pumps doses of Dimethyltryptamine (drugs) into your system which let's "them" in and takes you to the other side. I cannot say who or how it works. But people will see different "beings, entities, life forms, worlds, dimensions, ETC. in the dream/psychedelic world."
