Like when you go onto someones facebook page and at the side is a list of about 10 friends i notice it stays the same people for some people

is this the people they most talk to?

Normally the friends on the side of a profile are just picked randomly. Like, the people on the side of my profile are the ones I barely know and never talk to. But, they go on Facebook the most, so it could be the most active friends.
