Facebook app isn't working on my i-pod!!?

So, i just updated my i-pod to the latest IOS system (regular i-pod update) and it is really cool and it is letting me do so much stuff... then i tried to go on facebook... and it didn't work!! i tapped on the icon and it just didn't do anything. i reset my i-pod and still nothing... does anyone know whats going on??

the facebook app is GARBAGE. try deleting and reinstalling. if that doesn't work then the app is just broken. use the web browser until an update fixes it. hope that helps.
