Is it true that Facebook failing?

I've heard some rumours that less and less people are using Facebook and that Facebook will eventually fall apart because there are so many advertisements or something like that.

I've never heard those rumors before...

Anyways....

Facebook is current the biggest social networking on the net. I doubt that they would shut down just because of a lot more than the usual number of advertisements.
