Why is she acting this way? Should I just ignore her?

I have/had a really close friend and we get along great. We laugh at the same things and she's always help me if I was emotionally troubled. I'd help her out, too, if she needed rides or help with work, etc.

Then, I had to move abroad so we would speak on the phone sometimes and always text. It went on for about 3 yrs. I told her I was ill and for some reason, I felt things really changed from there. She stopped telling me anything about her life but she'd always ask about me. I'd ask about her but she never responds back. She has me telling me so much stuff and she doesn't even respond to anything I ask or say. She hides her Facebook page and I have mine opened for her to see. I'm getting annoyed.

Just yesterday, she calls me on my cell and just hangs up when I answer. I didn't bother calling back. She is just so weird. I have told her before that our friendship is just fading because she doesn't talk. No response. She's never been without a boyfriend who is usually a douche bag.
I don't get why she would text or call or whatever if she's just doing it just to see what I've been up to but doesn't bother telling me anything. Nothing. She shouldn't bother with me if that's the case.

What should I do? We're in our late 20's.
It's more like I've moved on since I'm just responding to her texts but why does she keep texting and calling if she doesn't have anything to say is my question???

I would ignore her, She doesn't sound like she is being a good friend and you have to cut ties eventually, something very similar happened to me as well, along the same lines she was my best friend since 9th grade and then I went to college and she was dating this crappy guy no one liked, then she just stopped keeping in contact, then she started, a couple years later, asking for money and calling and hanging up, at first I gave in a bit, 20$ here and there but then I had to stop but I was longing for the friendship we had before and realized it wasn't coming back Goodluck love~

Could there be a reason why she isn't telling you things anymore?
Maybe you have accidentally let something slip about her and it has gotten back to her and therefore she is a little distrusting of you at the moment.
