INSTAGRAM DILEMMA PLEASE HELP.?

I have a fake facebook account and i linked it to my fake instagram account but then as i use instagram i forgot to unlink my account from facebook and logged in to my instagram using my permanent account. will my facebook friends OR instagram friends get notified when i do this?

cause ive been seeing your friend logged in as blah blah but then i already know that person has an instagram already, please help. im dying.

they wont know that you've done it unless they are on instagram and search for friends via facebook. BTW why do you even have a fake account, thats just lame, grow up...you will get caught and it will be ugly and just die.
